Jennifer at LeadDyno customer service has been absolutely amazing at helping me figure out a few things. Since this is completely new to me, it's easy to get confused when trying to sort things out, but with some help from Jennifer, I was able to put my mind to ease! There are SO MANY options and ways to use this app, I know that it will help me expand my business exponentially and I can't wait to come back and give it even more praise in a few months after my business has really taken off.

We have been using LeadDyno for a little under a month now, and are extremely satisfied with both its capabilities and customer service. I had a list of questions after using this service, and was immediately provided a "one-on-one" call with one of the representatives, Justin. Justin was extremely helpful in providing clear and concise answers for the questions we had. I shared my screen with him, and he helped guide me through my "Admin Dashboard". We just recently moved from another affiliate software provider, and LeadDyno has been far more user friendly and has exponentially more capabilities and customization.

Installed this app as a trial. Not knowing exactly how to integrate this into my business, LeadDyno offered stellar support with quick answers to my questions and a wealth of info for getting started in the right way. Moreover, the app seems super stable. I'm happy : )

I got a lot of help from Jennifer Goodman, with online chat support. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I think she saved my butt a few times!

Adam and the team have been extremly patient and helpoful in getting the program up and running for us. We found it a bit hard to get our heads around how it works and you are charged for the traffic to the store- that is how the plans work. So far we are having people sign up daily on the site, it was easy to install and it is extremly easy for them to use. We cant wait to see how it goes in 6 months time as it is a great way for us to market the business and reward loyal customers. Thank you again.

Best affiliate app in the Shopify marketplace, hands down.

I looked at them all. LeadDyno is in a class by itself. For starters, you'll get real support (from people who can actually help you) in realtime as soon as you go to their website or install their app.

The app itself is easy to get started with. Literally a click to install and you're up and running. I got a few resellers setup with their own affiliate links and accounts within the first few minutes - it was beautiful.

It's easy to use but also has a lot of nice features that I guess I didn't know I needed. I've been able to recruit more affiliates thanks to LeadDyno than I thought I'd be able to. And I only have to spend a couple of hours a month managing my affiliate program. The app takes care of the rest because it's pretty dialed in with letting affiliates know what they need to know - like their traffic and sales levels, and of course their commissions. It's also really easy for affiliates to share their links on social media, so I don't have to do a lot of hand holding.

And they're constantly updating the app. I get a monthly newsletter with a description of the new features. It's nice to see that while this is a good product it's not yet a finished one. These guys keep working on it and they keep supporting it - all good stuff.

What an awesome concept. Struggled initially with technical issues, that were specific to my website, but Adam Jacobs fixed it within minutes. Excited about the future sales that Lead Dyno affilliates will bring!

I am not computer literate what-so-ever and these guys have an exceptional level of customer service that is second to none. They will walk you through each and every step. Absolutely phenomenal platform and new addition to our team.
