Thank you Deidra Stark for the great support. Quick reply and efficient. i was stuck with the dashboard affiliates and it took her 1 minute to show me how to do it.

LeadDyno has a tiny magic button (Secret weapon) - Live Chat. Their support is extremely fast, helpful - I've learned about some advanced settings and configuration issues in a second.

Currently trialing LeadDyno - I have run through a couple of affiliate apps for shopify and deleted all of them bar LeadDyno.

I've done this due to others being un-streamlined and clunky. I've found (so far) LeadDyno to be the opposite. It took me about 10 minutes to setup and customize it for our business which i loved. I had something I couldn't work out and went to support who sorted it pretty much instantly (after asking my exact requirement) - Adam Jacobs was the Support Manager who helped me out. So far the experience is absolutely refreshing. As mentioned I am currently trialing this but so far so good.

I installed the LeadDyno app into my shopify admin and at first I was having some issues when testing whether the affiliate links were tracking throughout the checkout process. They were not, so I contacted their customer service via chat on their website which was super simple and they started a tech support ticket for me. I went back and forth with tech support to make sure I had things setup properly and eventually they found out the issue was an incompatibility with the Ajaxify Cart plugin that was on my shopify theme. I just had to uncheck the enable option for Ajaxify Cart and the problem was gone. They extended my free trial period since it took a little longer than expected to get the software up and running properly.
I like that LeadDyno lets me setup item specific commissions and the whole tracking system, payments and dashboard interface seem very top notch so far.

Great customer support!!
I wanted to change my main email on my account and as i was in a hurry i couldn't seem to find where to do it, so i started a live chat and Jennifer was really helpful and very quick, changed it for me in less than 2 minutes.
Highly recommend!
