LeadDyno Affiliate Marketing

I used this app for several months and had a really terrible experience. I needed some help setting it up and emailed back and forth with support. They confirmed that it was all set up correctly. Then I noticed that affiliate sales were occurring but sales were not being correctly attributed to the affiliate. I called support, emailed, live chatted, etc and no one would help me. So far it's been 5 days of trying to set up the program, the customer service tries hard to help, but it's inefficient. They're very nice, but it takes forever to get answers to simple questions and is very frustrating. I see some reviews are great and some very bad, so far my experience is on the 'not so good' side. I want to move forward with the program, but I'm stuck on one little detail or ...

Very easy to use and fast to set up. Simple to use and works effectively.

I've talked with support in their chat function twice now. Both times I received great service. My questions were complex but they responded quickly and made everything simple for me.

I just downloaded this app into my store but the setup was all very straightforward. Seems like it's going to be a fantastic app. Thank you to Jennifer Goodman to helping me with a minor issue, the live chat is very response and she was able to resolve my issue immediately with full resolution.

*** UPDATE October 2016 ***

After we wrote the original review, the LeadDyno team contacted us (Adam). They promised us a full refund.

That was the 22th of September, and today (17th October) we still have NOT got our refund.

And by the way... They haven't answered our last 3 mails, reminding them about our refund...

So therefore it is now 1 star...

We do NOT like the way LeadDyno do there ...

I Would be careful using this system.

In an attempt to install this plugin for a client it accidentally connected the new client to a different client account.

So when the client tried to access Leaddyno from their shopify account they got access to the other clients data (Data leakage).
