App trennt permanent die Verbindung. Müssen regelmäßig Rechnungen von Hand erstellen, was uns bereits unzählige Stunden gekostet hat. Leider bekommen wir auch keine Info darüber, dass die App mal wieder Shop und LO getrennt hat, so erfahren wir das bloß, wenn Kunden uns schreiben, dass keine Rechnung angekommen ist. Der administrative Aufwand, den wir wegen dieser App haben, ist gigantisch.

vielen Dank für dein Feedback – wir verstehen deinen Frust absolut. Bei der Buchhaltung ist Zuverlässigkeit entscheidend. Verbindungsabbrüche haben für uns also höchste Priorität und wir versuchen in solchen Situationen die Ursache schnell zu identifizieren und direkt in Zusammenarbeit mit Lexware Office zu beheben. Der Support ist super!
Die App funktioniert sehrt gut. Manchmal gibt es ein paar Probleme, z. B. wenn Kunden eine ausländische Rechnungsadresse angeben. Das Team von Lexoffice konnte bis jetzt jedes Problem lösen und gibt wertvolle Tipps! :-)
App funktioniert sehr gut. Besonders das Ereignisprotokoll finde ich sehr praktisch. Bei einem Problem wurde mir von Support geholfen.
Toller Support! Noch besser fände ich es, wenn man mehrere Unternehmen mit einem Abo verwalten könnte. Aber ansonsten gute App.
Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit der Lexware-App für Shopify! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Support durch Johannes von Eshop Guide. Die schnelle Rückmeldung, die top fachliche Beratung und seine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise haben mich absolut überzeugt. Dank seines vorausschauenden Denkens konnte ich potenzielle Probleme in der Buchhaltung frühzeitig erkennen und vermeiden – ein entscheidender Mehrwert, der mir selbst vermutlich erst viel später aufgefallen wäre.
