Limespot has a good return on investment, and their staff is really responsive and super helpful. The only downside to me is that their post-purchase upsell requires customers to re-enter their payment information. A true one-click-upsell would make this app perfect.

Just wanted to let you know that our post-purchase upsell is only on the Order Status page (aka Thank You page), which is when the customer finishes making their purchase. Shopify does not allow any apps to access the payment information section due to security reasons.
The app can be integrated 100% into your own theme and works perfectly. All fundamental marketing tools for an upsell and/or cross-sell strategy are included. The handling of the individual widgets is clear and practical. The support is very fast and maximally customer-oriented, I really appreciate the support! I can highly recommend the app.

They are fast to resolve my technical issues! As I have gone through a third party to build up my website, they did not synchronize the personalizer to my website. After I get in touch with the limespot support team, they help me to customize all my settings and fix when there is error. Thanks for your help! Highly recommended this app!

The app gets pretty pricey once you start bringing in a lot of revenue as they take a percentage of the sales that the app generates for you.
That being said, there isn't a better app on the market for what we use it for. It gives great targeted recommendations, and the support has been really good when we need any help. Cross selling individual products is also a breeze, which was the main reason we got this app in the first place. All the extra widgets it has are just a bonus. We have used this app for a couple years now and have been fully satisfied.
