Great service, and willing to help me understand the service and how they can help me improve sales, recommend it
Using the Personalizer app for over 18 months. It has given our customers a better visualization (size/volume) of our catalog. The bestseller, bought together, Popular and trending recommendations are very useful to the website visitors. It has increased the sales by 20-25% over the next 3 months time.
Recently their support team customized the location of the recommendation feature on our website which I find it very helpful to our business as well as our customers.

Does what is says, does not overcharge, team is super helpful, app is very useful. We've used it for a couple years.
We ran the 15 day trial with this app and were seriously impressed with the performance. It took a few days to start seeing positive results but it is now working really well. LimeSpot Driven Revenue was more than 24% of overall sales after 14 days of using the app. It seems to be really helping customers find or discover products of interest. Also we had a couple of issues with the look of the recommendation boxes but customer support resolved that for us quickly. Highly recommended.
