Very easy to use! Their customer service alone is extremely helpful! I reached out to them to help code something for me, and they were able to do it for me within a couple of days. Their app did everything we were looking for with more variant options as well. I highly recommend using this app!
GREAT app for having different versions of a product visible on each product's page. So instead of using "variants" (which can mess up tax time of year if you have both digital and physical variations), you can use this app. Love it.
LinkedOption and Gordon in particular are really fast at responding to customer inquiries. This app was my go-to solution for getting all my product variants uploaded and synced to my store using naming automations.
This is a very convenient way to link the various formats of my books: hardcover, paperback, ebooks, etc, and make all the options visible at the top of each listing.
FINALLY!!! A Product variant plugin that actually understands how product variants should be built - dynamically at SKU level.
The problem with all the other product variant plugins is that you create the variant but these don't actually relate or connect to any of your products within your Shopify catalogue. They are just on the surface, superficial options for your customer to pick.
Why is this a problem? Because this means if you are using a 3PL warehouse and someone picks a product variant, then your warehouse won't know what to pick as it won't have all the necessary barcode or SKU numbers relating to it and as such your stock levels won't change every time a customer purchases that product. LinkedOptions totally resolves this issue elegantly, whilst boosting your SEO efforts AND making the entire process streamlined for your customer.
PLUS - Support is 10/10. All the other plugins I tried were offline but Gordan was quick to respond and super helpful. I just wish I had found this plugin much earlier!!
If you are looking for a product Variant plugin for Shopify and have a growing serious website, don't bother with any of the others as LinkedOptions will save you the heartache of having to switch later on when your business starts to grow.
