Tried to work with the developer to fix it, but they persisted.

Developer was adamant they would fix it, and communicated well. Asked my previous negative review to be removed.

Removed the review, reinstalled the app so they could fix the bugs, but then I did not hear back.

if it was possible to leave a zero star review i would. im not one to complain ESPECIALLY on a public platform. HOWEVER it should be noted if you use this app you will be forced to create "new shipping policies". by doing so this app completely OBLITERATED my ebay store. all the rates i had set in place for big and small items have since vanished with no way to correct the issue (also thanks to ...
