Are you frustrated with multi-channel sales? We have tried every product - and they all failed with issues. LitCommerce came through and crushed my API linking, Mapping, and AMAZING Support ( thanks Rachel and team). Life changing app. I loved the support provided by Louisa for the account set up.
The software and the assistance have been essential to uploading my products to Amazon. The support is very responsive, which is valuable to getting tasks completed. I have tried a couple of other connectors, and this definitely seems to be the best I have worked with. I can't thank them enough.
A great syncing app for eBay & OnBuy, for me. I had a few issues with OnBuy. But Harvey has been great with the tech team to investigate all the issues. And getting them fixed. Highly recommended.
This app works as promised and provides majority of features demanded among merchants. Inventory sync works fine, user interface is alright.
It is possible to open the user interface from mobile phone and to use it (desktop version opens though, but that is not a big deal).
It is very affordable and flexible when it comes to pricing. Support is simply great, I have contacted about 5-7 times them and got replies within minutes.
To sum up, I recommend using this app, most likely it will work fine with your needs.

Tech Support was fast in their replies and was super helpful!
Always pleased with LitCom. Support reply quickly, and get anything resolved very promptly. All support staff I've used over the years have been decent.
App works well and has many more features (such as order import into Shopify from marketplaces) that I couldn't find elsewhere :)
