ACHTUNG, FINGER WEG! ABRECHNUNG TROTZ KÜNDIGUNG - NICHT DER ERSTE FALL!

Ich habe den Testzeitraum fristgerecht gekündigt. Der Zeitstempel meiner Kündigung belegt eindeutig, dass sie innerhalb der Testphase erfolgt ist. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass ich vom Support selbst einen Screenshot erhalten habe, auf dem genau dieser Kündigungszeitpunkt dokumentiert ist. Trotzdem wurde mir anschließend der Monatsbeitrag berechnet.

Nach unzähligen E-Mails mit x Mitarbeitern erklärte der Support final, dass intern die vietnamesische Zeitzone für die Berechnung maßgeblich sei, obwohl vorher noch anderes behauptet worden ist. Für mich ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum dies weder beim Abschluss des Abonnements noch während des Testzeitraums transparent kommuniziert wird.

Ich hätte erwartet, dass ein Unternehmen einen von ihm selbst bestätigten Kündigungszeitpunkt berücksichtigt und in einem solchen Fall kundenorientiert entscheidet. Stattdessen wurde auf interne Zeitstempel und die Erstattungsrichtlinie verwiesen.

Diese Erfahrung hat mein Vertrauen in das Unternehmen leider deutlich beeinträchtigt. Aus meiner Sicht ist die Abwicklung weder transparent noch kundenfreundlich. Daher kann ich den Service nicht weiterempfehlen.

Five stars for the support team alone. I hit a connection error trying to link my Etsy shop during my trial, the kind of thing that usually turns into a week of copy-paste support replies. Not here. Rachel (one of their real, not AI agents) took point as they worked the problem across multiple days and multiple shifts, and every handoff was clean. Each new agent already knew the full history, so I never had to re-explain anything. They escalated it without me asking, kept me posted while they dug in (it turned out to be a bug on Etsy's side, not something they even caused), and followed up until we confirmed both of my stores were connected and working.

Rachel even walked me through getting my first import from the Etsy side linked up to make sure there were no issues after the connect was fixed.

I'm still early with the tool itself, but support is what I actually judge software on, because everything breaks eventually. These folks show up when it does.

This is a fantastic platform and the customer service available is top notch. If they don't have an answer they quickly escalate it to someone who can help and will do whatever it takes to get it resolved. The platform is smooth and easy to use and I highly recommend it x
