The LitExtension team has been totally awesome! They truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. We needed to have over 2,000 products moved to Shopify, many of those products having different variants/sizes. The job was no doubt very tedious, but they knew how to get the job done. They were always quick to answer emails and they even helped us with a few extra things. We would highly recommend LitExtension. Many thanks!
I migrated from woocommerce. The app was easy to use. When I imported order details, I had a bunch of old orders show up in shopify as unpaid and unfulfilled, and LitExtension support was really great in helping me resolve the issue and reimport correctly. They were fast and responsive and helped me fix the issue. Saved me hours of manual work.
I used LitExtension Store Migration to consolidate three different e-commerce stores and a WordPress blog into a single ShopifyPlus site, with over a decade of historical data. It was a daunting task, but the customer and technical support for LitExtension were excellent. What would have taken me weeks and weeks of failed attempts to migrate data, they help me accomplish in days. For anyone migrating data to a Shopify account, I can't recommend this app and service enough.
