For businesses that use subscription apps and have two checkout flows (Recharge/Bold/etc), this app gives you confidence that your core KPIs (AOV, CR, Abandonments) are accurate. This is the only way we've been able to get accurate reporting data that we trust. Critique is that the App is 'sensitive' and displays lots of 'warnings' for issues that are not really issues, so having an ongoing dialog with customer care is key (we signed up for the Enterprise version to have them manage these issues directly).
Not much value in this app. Free trial does not provide much data/functionality. We've had problems for months getting everything to sync - still doesn't work. Customer service is condescending. Waste of money and more importantly, time.
Sorry, you didn’t have a positive experience with our app. We've tried a few times to reach you to understand the problem but this is the first time we've heard from you since you completed the free trial one year ago. Our support team responds within an hour, and we'd be happy to give you another free trial (including full functionality) if you can explain what's not working.
UPDATE:
Constant price changes and rises makes this app way harder to recommend. Having a free tier is nice, but the limit is very low. It wouldn't be a problem if the next price tier was reasonable. Now it costs over 120 USD (like ~530 PLN) with only orders limit lifted to the point that most small business will never reach, or reach in years (266 orders per day). There is definitely a price tier gap for smaller ones (like 1000 orders for 20 USD or something).

Game changer and no-brainer if you take your Shop analytics seriously. It fixed Shopify issue with lost GA transactions instantly. PS: I only would like to see "cheaper" plan as 1500 orders limit in the basic plan is way too much for most of the shops at the beginning.

Absolutely zero value in this app the native shopify integration is absolutely fine. It messes up all your connections later down on road.

Unfortunately what you were expecting - advice on campaign performance - is beyong the Littledata app scope.
I am positively surprised by this app and especially the support team behind. They guide you personally throught the setup process which just takes a couple of minutes and are always very quick to reply and solve issues which might not even are directly related to littledata. If you want to have robust Google Analytics data with Shopify, this is the best option.
For the first time in my 10y career with online marketing, there is 0 discrepancy between our Shopify & Google Analytics (UA) data!
The implementation cannot be easier and the Support Team (Cornelia) has been extremely helpful, thorough and fast with the help. Even jumped into a call with a short notice to resolve an issue.
Well-deserved 5 stars.
Finally an app that returns all the correct data.

NEW UPDATE: I signed up a free plan (up to 50 orders/month) and now they are asking me 100$ /month. I waste so much time setting up this app since and now they are tricking me. YOU GUYS ARE NOT OK. I will report this to Shopify since it sounds not fair to me.
UPDATE: the app is good but the support wast a lot of my time going on with a super long chat where they just "copy and paste" the same message without really try to help. Bad communication when you get to technical issues. Claudiu is very kind but he just take care of the commercial / first contact . When it comes to actual issues be ready to waste a lot of time for nothing. Not even the basics of a efficient communication to get to a solution. Very disappointed. My time is costly and I don't like to waste it like this.
Very good app, it does the job. Also the support team is very helpful to clarify any additional doubt related to extra tracking issue (maybe due to third party plugins).

Their customer service basically doesn't understand any technology, I asked them to help me install google purchase events, but they basically couldn't provide any help. I wasted almost a month on this app and got nothing. Sales fell sharply. It is not recommended to use this app, it is a huge trap

I have spent well over 30 hours trying to connect my store > recharge > google analytics and google ads using this app and I was unsuccessful. The support staff refused to help. It's an unnecessary app and was sold on marketing claims made on their website. It all sounds good but reality is, it simply did not work. Had the support staff taken a small chunk out of their day to help me with the initial set up, I would have paid for this app indefinitely - without probably ever using it. I wouldn't waste your money monthly - just take the time to set up the various connections on your own or seek someone who can. Thanks.
