Ich arbeite jetzt schon ca. 1 Jahr mit der App und bin sehr zufrieden. Wenn man etwas anspruchsvollere Umsetzungen braucht und sich mit CSS/HTML auskennt, hat man die Möglichkeit, den Konfigurator komplett nach seinen Wünschen anpassen. Ich liebe die App!

The plugin and the support are very professional. I had a problem with clicking on the buttons, and within 10 minutes of opening the ticket, he solved my theme problem.

We tried some other apps like this and they were very difficult. This one just has so much more information, it's more intuitive, and they are there to help you. We asked for help in other apps and got AI or links to things related to what I was asking. These guys helped immediately. I had live chat help that was great and I also sent an email about another question that was answered very promptly. The pricing seems very reasonable, too.

Very highly customizable, especially with the addition of custom JavaScript code, makes the life of developers easy. The Support team is also kind, and great to talk with as they have the patience to deal with each and everyone of us users.

I probably tried more than 10 different apps that had great reviews, and there were a lot of reviews. However, all of them were completely unuser friendly, did not have such flexible settings, and most importantly, I did not meet such support as here. I had a problem with displaying photos and text, I wrote to support, and you won’t believe it, they responded in 10 minutes, and within an hour the first problem was solved. A day later, they solved the second problem, although it is worth noting that the problem was on my side, due to a conflict with another app. Super cool app, I will use it! This app has great potential, but there are some glitches and support is extremely slow. When they do respond, their answers have been vague and avoidant.

Carl and team have simply been sensational. I personally found the setup a little tricky as I was trying to push the limits of what this app is capable of. Handed over the setup process to Carl and the team and wow, they executed EXACTLY what I had in mind.

Die beste App, wenn man viele Varianten und Optionen benötigt und nicht an die sehr einschränkenden Shopify-Standard-Optionen gebunden sein will. Es ist soweit alles möglich, was man sich vorstellen kann. Danke! :)

This app is just amazong. Great Features, let's you even remove the Background from pictures customers are uploading. Also the cutomer support is 10/10.

This review is about to enhance my experience with Live Product Options.
It’s quite about one week i decided to include this kind of personalizer otpion in my website building process. I tried almost all the other competitors app availaibale on Shopify store. And they all messed in some part that i was searching for. I saw that most part of the other app has translation missing option that force you accepting to publish your website with some issues you dont want. Like corellation link with your theme that no one can fix if you don’t know coiding (ilke most part of people i mean).
I found this app lately an past 2 complete days to serach for understand how it works and how to manage it. It was a nightmare because there is no tutorial that explain to you how it works and get the specifics you need.

Anyway …. i sorted out by myself to get want i wanted, knowing THE PERFECTION of a hard exigences of web design elements giving a high levev of exellent user experience.

BUT! …. Some bugs and issues where to fix before to accomplish the Opéra. Impossible to fix by myself because impossible to find from where they can comes from.

HERE THE BEST PART …. I was about to give up and search for another app when i decided to contact the service support who responded me in a matter of minutes at the speed of the light … then i got contacted my email from a Technical guy named Tahir …… Tahir Tahir Tahir ….

This guy is amazing! in 6 hours we or let’s say HE fixed absouletly everithing i was serching for. Point by Point ….step by step, every emeil return was to telling that he fixed the issue and the ask me again and agains if there’s other stuf i need to get fullyfy sastisfied.

THIS GUY … etheir sorted some detail issues that i knew before but didn’t ask anything about because i was wondering to fix my biggest problems rather than bother him with small imperfections that i was ready to live with and publish the website.

BUT THIS GUY cames toward me, telling me «  i fixed this and this by addind some snipet pieces of code here and here… and by the way i noticed this imperfection and this one and this one…. but don’t worry i made that for you and if you check you will notice the changes « 

FOR THAT REASON …. if it would possible to give 16 stars to this app …. i would to it …. but first lets give back to César what is owned by César ….

IN THIS CASE …. 16 stars to Tahir first and the the 16 Stars to the App.

- The best user experience you can get, starting from you found the logic behind telling you how it works and get what you are searching for.

If i Resume this App in simple few words …. its really easy to use and confortable, since you anderstood how it work …. then you can enjoy the infinte options that’s this App can provide you.

So far this app has done everything I need and at a very reasonable price, with fast responses to any questions I had during the setup process.

I highly recommend this application. After working with several product option applications, I have found this to be the best. The support team provides insightful information. The team at Cloudlift is highly skilled at problem-solving. Michael, the individual assisting us- went above and beyond.

this app is no good save your money the resizing feature for the images and text do not work and they don't answer your question when you contact support

I would dare to say that it is one of the best, if not the best, customer support and assistance. They are always willing to assist you and make the app work for what you need, and as a bonus track, they always do it quickly. It is an app full of features, very useful for different types of businesses. I've used it for 2 of my businesses since 2021 and I can affirm the app only gets better.

This is one of the most unfriendly apps I've ever used. It is too complicated for a non-programmer, your average person setting up a website. I spent well over 50 hours trying my best to make it work with out success.

I had an excellent experience with Michael from the customer support team. He was quick to respond and incredibly helpful in resolving my issues with the Live Product Options app.

If you run custom code on your product variants etc. this app is for you.
Doesn't mess up your code, but builds on top, so you can add fields below your custom-coded variants/fields/elements which is a huge plus for me.

Only suggestion is to bundle the validation error message for multiple fields instead of showing errors for each field.

Great app with a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're not really computer literate like myself, but it's absolutely worth it. It's the only app I found that gives you so many options so that your customers can build anything or at least up to what you set their limitations. The shear amount of options for you to fiddle with is crazy compared to other apps without that lag on the customer's side. Definitely recommend this app, especially for start-ups.

The app itself is great & 99% of it if really simple to use. The 1% that I have struggled to work out how to use, the customer service team have been amazing! They're really patient & extremely helpful, each & every time I've contacted them.
