It is great for creating custom product options because it's highly customizable. Customer support is awesome and provides solutions to issues and bugs.

It took me a little longer to set up the app, but you can really adjust everything as you need it. The support is particularly commendable. I always received feedback as quickly as possible and you get great support when setting up the app! Therefore 5 from us!

LPO Live Product Options is the perfect app for creating option sets for products, whether simple or complex. It's incredibly flexible and powerful, making it ideal for advanced product configurations that go beyond the basics. For our business, it's by far the most important app in the entire store. The functionality it offers is unmatched, and it has become essential to our workflow.

In short, I love this app. It offers various customisation and personalisation options for various products and their variants.

I sell personalised tote bags and I wanted to give my customers the option to see how their product would look prior to purchase, so the visualiser tool is exactly what I was after.

Easy to integrate and works well with Shopify Dawn theme.

I'm very disappointed. The app has difficulty implementing extensive configurations. Customer support confirmed this in writing. Afterward, I'm transferred to a supervisor, who rudely and unprofessionally fobs me off, even though I've repeatedly described all the steps for the desired configuration in as much detail as possible. No support, no insight, and we only had a few configurations in the shop. It would have been easy to familiarize ourselves with the products. No interest in addressing the problem. Many other apps are significantly better. Afterward, I requested a cancellation of the contract, but there was no further response.

Those statements are simply not true, Michael. We've been fumbling with your app since February 2025, and the implementation isn't working. Your integration was far too late and was very arrogant and unprofessional. Furthermore, the app isn't "the best"—it only has 271 reviews. There are better ones! Great product options app. It is very easy to use and it has everything you need for product options. They have even thought of small details. I have used many other product options before this and by far this is the best. They also have a great customer service. They have answered all my questions promptly and fast.

Great app that we are using for a live preview of a couple of personalised necklaces. We used their set up service for a small fee - much better value than having to get this done bespoke.

On going support has been helpful and they are keen to solve any issues.

Overall it works well online via desktop and mobile. It possibly does slow down the page but to be expected within reason of displaying a complex preview.

Eigentlich genau das was ich gesucht hab, jedoch scheinbar unser Kundenstamm nicht, oder noch nicht.
Jedoch haben wir uns nach knapp einem halben Jahr entschieden, dass wir den Service vorerst einstellen.

Erstklassiger Service, den man wirklich wärmstens empfehlen kann.
