LPO Live Product Options

I have explored virtually every product option app for Shopify and this one is the best. Very robust fields available. Beautifully integrates into themes UI. Some killer new beta feature that you won't find on other apps like Dimensions and price formulas. Support is excellent and has been very responsive and helpful with my millions of questions. Highly recommend this app for any stores with large option sets or complex product configurations.

Very good app for personalizing your listings. Customer service is fast and very supportive. Overall great app.

I could not get the app to work. When I asked for help all I got were self help files. A 10min conversation would have solved my problem but they just said everyone else can do it. I could not. So unless you are very good at this stuff I would choose someone else which is what I have done.

I have seen the reply. Hmmm. I have had this Free App for 3 months and over the period I asked for help several times. Same documents. The "further" support was offered if I removed my review. As for my attitude it followed a reply that suggested I was lazy for not reading the help file ( untrue ) and that I would never be successful.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! it's a bit complicated but with practice and familiarization I'm sure the process will go more smoothly in the future. Support was also absolutely excellent and extremely quick. Can't recommend this enough!

Whenever I emailed with a question or concern, they quickly responded with either a resolution or their next actions within a few hours. This app is one of easiest to learn thanks to their helpful customer support videos, and it gives a great final product on my store. I highly recommend this app.

This app is great and the support even better! I had a few tweaks that my business needded and they help me through the process rapidly and efficiently! We needed to show our Watches engraved and we nailed with this app! Two thumbs up!

I was very excited to try this app. Unfortunately, none of the staff could clearly explain how to add personalizations to my items. Even after asking for a video with a clear set of step by step instructions, no one really helped. They kept telling me to look back at the self help doc. Then they told me to hire someone on Upwork to set up the app instead of setting up a 10 minute phone call or Zoom to help me through this.
Very disappointed. Try an app where they're happy to help you get set up. I was told I could only get help with set up if I was a bigger store. So this app isn't for small business owners just starting out.
