Excellente application qui propose une vraie solution de vente en temps réel en Live shopping. Facile à mettre en place et complète. Le flux de transmission est HD. Pas de lag. Le support technique est réactif et professionnel. A avoir absolument si on se lance dans le Live Shopping.

They kept charging us for the app after numerous emails to cancel the service. I was not able to uninstall the app from our Shopify store and they refused to refund the many months they continued to charge our account even knowing we were unable to get the app off our store. At the very least, they should have stopped charging us until we figured out how to remove the app. They continue to tell me to let them in our shopify store to remove the app themselves but make no mention of the many months they continued to charge us unjustifiably. This should not be allowed. I WANT OUR MONEY RETURNED, PLEASE! I don't like writing these kind of reviews but they could have easily done the right thing and returned the many months they charged us with us knowing.

We have previously provided you with the standard steps for uninstalling our App which is similar to Uninstalling any other Shopify app.
Additionally, we have extended the offer of our assistance free of charge, should you choose to grant us staff access to your Shopify Admin panel.
