This is the best live chat app I've come across. It integrates extremely easily and has some really nice features like being able to send customers "Product Cards" (instead of the URLs) and a timer which shows how long customers have to wait to be connected. Very happy.

Not bad, but it's not the best, we had to uninstall it and move to a better app, we tried to get a refund for the remaining three months of our yearly plan and they refused; that is bad and was not expecting it from a company like live chat who has been in the market for ages and knows we are going thro a pandemic and small business have been impacted. Thanks for posting this. To your review, LiveChat subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we do try to be reasonable about refunds.

We went from a very basic chat system to livechat because of it's integrations to salesforce and shopify.
Pros:
The change has been worth it for integrations with salesforce and shopify.
The customer service has been phenomenal.
Customization for messages when there is a sale, a new product, or an event announcement is great.
Was easy to get set-up and running. Wasn't a huge leap for our folks ...
Absolutely recommend for the level of reporting and customer service provided when I had some troubles re-installing the app again.

We absolutely love LiveChat. We've explored other support apps, and many add more bells and whistles, however, LiveChat focuses on Chat on does a tremendous job at it. Our agents love the "sneak peak" feature because they can start preparing their answers and reply faster. They also love the "simplicity" of the interface which is easy to learn.

I have used LiveChat for almost 2+ years on and off on my sites. Now I am using LiveChat on my Shopify site. I am extremely pleased with this incredible app and its features. The design is quite brilliant and well executed. But most importantly any time I have a question, I can chat with their support team member 24/7 and get a correct answer within minutes. Now that’s peace of mind.
