Support is not helpful and have no constructive solutions for you.
Our shop in germany in google is now transplate in english and the support dont solve that problem. For every shop owner loosing money

The application is not worth anything, as if it translated the whole thing, and in fact, it does not translate anything, it only shows that it has translated, and then it broke the page, there is 0 contact with the support for 5 days I have been trying to contact them but to no avail

I installed the app twice, but unfortunately it´s impossible to open it. I haven´t had this problem with any other app in my store. Very disapointing.

The most 3rd class app ever seen on Shopify app store. The app is created just to earn money through 1st month charges i guess. This never translates complete pages and translation is only 40-50% accurate.

i would give a zero if possible! The app is full of bugs and conflicts. When you switch a language it changes the region to some random country. Translations get misplaced and break the design layouts. I wish I could attach screenshots of how the store designs made with pagefly were broken when switching to another language. When you change to a different currency and switch it back all product prices revert to a different price than the original with no explanation from the support. wasted more than a week in solving the endless bugs and issues of the app and on top of that you have to translate third party apps manually. Auto translation and creating tasks don't work out and have to be done through support. Been asking for a refund as we have not made any use of the app and the support said it has to be done through the manager! Complete waste of time so good luck with working with an app like that!

This app is buggy and customer service is very slow and not very responsive. Had to remove it. Wasted a lot of time.

This app is completely trash; even the so-called they call AI is also useless. We found thousands of errors on our website after installing just one language. You have to solve all the errors manually, or you have to hire an expensive team of developers to solve all the errors. Their customer support is really awful. They will only note the error you're facing and inform you to be contacted in 24 hours, but you'll not be contacted, nor will the problem be solved even if you've purchased the most expensive plan from their list. I wish there could be an option to submit 0 star because a 1-star review will still be a good appreciation to them. I wasted $16 because there was no trial for a premium plan. Yesterday night I received an email from google search console stating my website has 1000+ 404 errors, this app generated 1000+ links on our website, and all links are causing problems in our website SEO as well. One more thing i would like to mention here, 5 days ago i asked their customer support so solve some of the errors in their app, and they reset their application for us. All the work which was done by our developer and translator specialist was lost after resetting the app by them. I asked them about this and what their answer was. "Sorry, I do apologize for the inconvenience," and done.
I have just changed my review after using this app for one week with growth plan.
most of the products pages was wrongly translate or partially translate.
I received only promises without any action from customer service to solve these issues, however, no action by their end. The main problem, app is not accurate, it shows that all pages were translated and actually it was not translated. I will not recommend this app to anybody except if you have a lot of time you would like to waste.

The graphic is cool and you can customize the language selector but.. How can I translate the homepage?
Hi, the homepage can be translated in the "Theme" section, you need to check it carefully. I know it's not easy to find the phrase of the homepage in the "Theme" section. And we will add a search & filter feature a few days later(3-5 days). This app is free, I hope we can get some more positive reviews, which will motivate us to invest more resources to improve the application.
