We use the App translating the site to Hebrew. The App has great support team and they support several themes. I recommend this app if you are looking for a good translating app
Great experience with this app. I only need Spanish traslation and I speak it, too, so it would be no dificult at all. Works well for me. 5 stars.

Die App tut was sie tun soll. Die Übersetzung funktioniert gut. Ich habe zwar keinen komplexen Online-Shop, konnte aber bis jetzt jeden Sachverhalt einfach mit der App übersetzen (lassen). Kleine Unannehmlichkeiten, wenn z.B. bei der Synchronisation was schief gelaufen ist, werden prompt und professionell vom Support Team gelöst!
