Very good customer service. I had a problem with continuation to the intended page and it was fixed very quickly and professionally.

Emma and the team did a fantastic job of assisting me in setting up the three apps that collaborated to bring the settings I required to the homepage. Emma provided assistance not only with the app settings but also with Shopify settings that affected how the app interacted with them. I advise everyone who needs specialized B2B solutions so that their customer interactions can function in a particular way to use these apps. The customer service is so exceptional that they spend numerous hours and exchange several emails to ensure everything is perfect. I heartily endorse these apps.

I needed custom features for my new website, and the team really worked hard to make the apps fit into my requirements, changing around Shopify presets and code for me as well, etc. The features on this app are awesome; they seem to fit in well with the features in the other apps and all work together to complete their purpose. Emma and the technicians (Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Cao Xuan Cuong) provided me with a lot of assistance. They communicated effectively, understood what I required, and resolved my problems with little explanation. I tried to download other B2B applications previous to finding these and they had worthless features that made utilizing them very hard, I highly rate these B2B apps.

I am really impressed with the assistance I received with this app from Jonas and Cao! I needed to have client-specific pages under lockdown and also needed to have the header/footer of my site hidden. That option within the app wasn't hiding the header/footer, likely because of another app I was using for the header. However, Jonas and Cao worked some magic and got it functioning properly, plus they modified the password screen's appearance to look better with my theme. It was beyond what I'd expected, but I'm very appreciative and look forward to continued use of this app!
