I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary. The App it self is useful for wholesale companies that would want to hide prices for visitors. At first had trouble creating price-tags that hide prices before logging in, but the team has helped with the problem promptly. Would recommend for wholesalers.

Great support from Steph and team. Quick to respond, follows up and provides options for customization our B2B Login as well as registration page. Also provides helpful step-by-step guide when needed.

Still in the onboarding phase but customer service has been very responsive and helpful so far in getting us set up!

Great app, very intuitive and absolutely integral to our shop's functioning. I especially want to emphasise the absolutely excellent customer service. They are consistently highly responsive, flexible, and skilled, and support us with pretty much any issue. My experience definitely exceeds expectations.

This app is easy to install and use. Had to change how it looked at first, but that was easily fixed by the team. Customer service is great!

We were having difficulties creating a new rule for trade account access and Stephanie helped us resolve this issue! Very efficient/helpful and showed us the detailed changes to be made/made the changes in the back end for us! 100% love using this product and the customer service is top notch!
