Lookfy Lookbook: Image Gallery

We've had a great experience with Lookfy. The app has been exactly what we were looking for and has become an integral part of our website, helping customers better visualise products and gain inspiration for their own projects.

What has really stood out, though, is the support. Tinh has been incredibly responsive, patient and genuinely invested in helping us achieve exactly what we wanted. Rather than just answering questions, he took the time to walk us through different solutions and worked with us to ensure everything functioned the way we envisioned.

It's refreshing to work with a team that provides this level of customer support. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it.

Lookfy makes it very easy to create beautiful image galleries and improve the shopping experience on our Shopify store. The app is user-friendly, flexible, and works smoothly. Whenever we needed help, the support team was quick, professional, and happy to assist. Highly recommended for any store looking to showcase products in a more engaging way.

Great app and easy to navigate. Helpful support as well.

Really great app, customer service is brilliant as well. Thank you so much Lookfy!

Ease of use...get r done!

This app is very easy to use, and I would tell anyone to use it!

Super application

thank you

The staff were very helpful and the app has really helped our store create a custom design gallery for handmakes.

I've had a very positive experience using the Lookfy app. The interface is extremely easy to use, which made the setup process smooth and efficient even without a steep learning curve.

One of the biggest advantages is how the app helps increase product visibility. The gallery layouts and hotspot features allow us to showcase multiple products in an attractive and interactive way, which greatly improves the browsing experience for customers.

What truly stands out is the customer support. The team is very friendly, attentive, and highly responsive. Whenever I requested adjustments or shared feedback, they addressed it quickly. In one instance, I encountered a critical issue related to the default size selection behavior in Lookfy Gallery that caused serious concern for my store. However, the team resolved the issue promptly and professionally within a day.

Special thanks to Cuong and Tinh for their amazing support. Their quick response and dedication made a huge difference. Overall, I highly recommend Lookfy to anyone looking to improve product presentation and engagement in their store. The pricing is also very reasonable considering the value it brings to our store.
