We have been using Loop for a year and a half and it has completely overhauled the way we process returns and exchanges for the better. It is saving our team so much time and work and Loop integrates so well with many of the apps we use, especially Gorgias. Super user friendly interface and support is alway great!

Loop has been incredibly useful for us! The onboarding process was a bit intimidating at first (they might have improved that since) but the fact that we don't need to process returns manually anymore (no emails, no manual refunds etc.) was absolutely WORTH IT! The entire return processing is 100% automatic and so streamlined that today we have almost ZERO interaction with customers about returns ...

We came from Happy Returns and so much happier with Loop. Our CSM is exceptional and their CS team is responsive and willing to dig into issues quickly. Highly recommend Loop as a return platform, plus allowing our customers to Shop Now with our entire catalog is a huge benefit.

We have been really unhappy with this app. We have zero support. When you send a support ticket, it may take days for them to get back to you, if they get back to you at all. They will not call you or schedule a meeting if there is an issue, so instead, it becomes days' worth of emails back and forth and a waste of valuable time. We find it glitchy and not user-friendly and not worth the money.

Loop helped us simplify our entire return workflow and work load. The Shopify Integration is super helpful and makes for less manual work on our end! The analytics are insightful, easy to use, and help drive to make changes in products/systems. The Support team is always responsive and helpful as well! Really looking forward to the Shop Now feature getting started for us this year!

Loop has been a great addition to help streamline our return process and offload an extra task from our customer service team. Wendy and her team has been helpful is fixing random issues we've noticed over time as well as custom workflows to optimize further.

Loop has made a huge difference in how we manage returns, exchanges and refunds. Their tool does 95% of the work for me and allows me to focus on growing my store.

I'm excited to see how they can retain additional revenue in the future and also learn more about customer trends, sizing and more. Would definitely recommend them + their team!

Loop has really helped us push exchanges and make the entire return experience as easy as possible for our customers. The advanced analytics are great, giving us helpful insights on who is returning items a lot, products etc. A game changer!
