We installed Loop in Summer, 2022 and within a few months we were able to realize the full benefit of the platform. In particular, Loop unlocked us to offer more flexible exchange options to our customers, which has helped us nearly double the amount of revenue we retained from customers that would have normally been given back in refunds.

To add, their analytics page is wonderful and allows us to track our results each month and/or dive into specific areas of interest. We've appreciated the visibility Loop has provided, and have been able to make meaningful changes to how we position our products, conduct fit education, or update our portfolio as a result.

Loop has been a game-changer for our Customer Service team and our customers love it as well. It has greatly reduced the number of emails and inquiries and has created a streamlined return process for customers. Adding the option for exchanges has saved us countless sales and makes the platform worth it on its own. Our amazing account/implementation manager made implementation so much easier - her patience, knowledge, and time provided exceeded expectations. Support post-launch continues to be great as well.

Loop has not only provided our business with the needs/wants that are crucial, but it has allowed for a much more improved customer journey with purchasing orders online. The staff at Loop is also a HUGE help when it comes to laying out our quarterly goals and roadmaps. They've been a pleasure to work with, and we love their services! It had made a massively positive impact on our business.

The Best Returns & Exchange App available today and we're so glad we made the decision to partner with Loop! We needed a full service portal, for all returns, exchanges, etc., and Loop is able to do it all and it's automated. Our customers compliment us all the time and the calls and emails from customers, regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, etc., have stopped. It takes some set up effort, as with any new app, but once setup and running, it will completely transform your experience and the customers experience with returns and exchanges! I highly recommend Loop Returns & Exchanges!!!

Great solution for streamlining the customer experience, post-purchase! The Loop team makes onboarding easy and is there every step of the way to customize a solution that best suits your business. The ROI is almost immediate, especially with the auto exchange and instant shopping options. Highly recommend!

Loop is very user friendly on both the consumer and seller side - Our Merchant Onboarding Specialist, Brooke, has been so attentive and helpful anytime we need solutions to issues. The app interface itself is well put together and offers an incredible amount of analytics that are very helpful in decision making.

My favorite feature of Loop is that you can very easily edit your library of return reasons. In allowing companies to do this, Loop is immediately applicable to pretty much any company, regardless of their product offerings.

I would definitely recommend Loop to any company looking to simplify the returns process for their customers, while also gathering important return information for their records.

Absolutely LOVE Loop!

It has radically streamlined the post purchase experience and reduced customer friction points. With the integration of Loop, our customer service team has saved literally hours a day that were previously spent handling exchanges and returns.

We've also seen a solid uptick in customers doing exchange's, verse just a return, keeping more money with our brand. It has helped elevate the company as we aim to hit $10Million in sales this year.

If you're lucky enough to get Ash as your success manager, it's the cherry on top. She rocks!
