Loop has been an amazing efficiency for our business! Processing each return manually with customers via email was not only time consuming, but also not the best overall experience for our shoppers. Loop has given us a customer-facing platform that is professional and user-friendly, and has giving our team a lot of valuable time back! Their communication is quick and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Pleasure working with Taylor during the onboarding and setup process. She has been a delight to speak with and is very knowledgeable. Calls have been engaging and informative. This had made the transition to a new return portal a breeze. I know we are in good hands with Loop!

Seamless experience for our customers processing returns through Loop! Our CSM Erin is so great, she's friendly and always super keen to help with any issues and take onboard suggestions for new integrations. Overall very happy!

Have been using this app for the last year to help manage our overall returns function for a fashion apparel business. The functionality is designed to reduce cash refunds and drive higher retention metrics with more variant exchanges, upsells, bonus credit offers for exchanging and failing these options, and store credits (with a bonus attached). The platform provides an easy-to-use seamless interface for the customer while increasing retained revenue to reduce the overall financial impact on our business. The customer satisfaction rating has also been positively impacted through the platform. highly recommended for businesses looking to optimise the overall returns process of any eCommerce business

We installed Loop in Summer, 2022 and within a few months we were able to realize the full benefit of the platform. In particular, Loop unlocked us to offer more flexible exchange options to our customers, which has helped us nearly double the amount of revenue we retained from customers that would have normally been given back in refunds.

To add, their analytics page is wonderful and allows us to track our results each month and/or dive into specific areas of interest. We've appreciated the visibility Loop has provided, and have been able to make meaningful changes to how we position our products, conduct fit education, or update our portfolio as a result.

Loop has been a game-changer for our Customer Service team and our customers love it as well. It has greatly reduced the number of emails and inquiries and has created a streamlined return process for customers. Adding the option for exchanges has saved us countless sales and makes the platform worth it on its own. Our amazing account/implementation manager made implementation so much easier - her patience, knowledge, and time provided exceeded expectations. Support post-launch continues to be great as well.
