Loop has been a great returns partner and returns solution for us! We had the opportunity to work with them while they were developing their POS app which has resolved a lot of return problems we were facing in store. Their support is also great working to help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Helpful app for providing a ton of options for your customers to return and exchange. The team has consistently developed a ton of new features in our time using the app.

I have been using Loop for a little over three years as a Customer Service Associate. It is one of the easiest apps to use and it has been very reliable.

We've been with Loop since the early days, it changed the game for us and our returns process as a whole.

A fantastic product with fantastic customer support!

I'd highly recommend Loop for any store looking to streamline returns in a super-efficient way!

Best-in-class returns solution for Shopify stores. A little bit pricey but worth it if you're serious about optimising customer experience!

Loopreturns has been super helpful to our store. They have a great support system and reply quickly to any issues or questions that we have. Our returns are fully automated and run smoothly without any issues. We're really happy with our experience with Loopreturns and are renewing our agreement with Loopreturns soon.

Loop is very user friendly and their support staff is awesome! They send very informative emails with photos and have prompt response turnarounds. If the emails aren't solving problems then they are happy to hope on a call to discuss the issue and potentially reach out to their engineering team to create something to find a solution.

So easy to set up and get started. Best part of Loop is the customer service- they are BEYOND helpful and so quick to respond. I never have to worry if I have a question or an issue, I know they will help me resolve it asap.

Having timely and helpful support when something comes up is extremely important.

Being new to this App, we have had lots of questions which are always promptly answered.

We are loving the user friendly nature of Loop and it has been a welcomed addition to our platform.

We've been on the platform for 2 months and have had a great experience so far. Although onboarding was quick due to our previous platform provider shutting down and have to do a quick transition, now that we are fully onboarded we have found it very beneficial. The features loop offers for the customer and also internally for reporting is extremely useful and easy to see ROI.
