We have been using Loop for a few years now. Although the product has proved great for our team, customers and company- what makes us loyal to Loop is their account management and IT teams. Whenever we have a question, are experiencing something out of the norm, or need assistance implementing a new feature; Rachel (our account manager) and her team are immediate to take care of us and do it completely and efficiently. Thank you Rachel & Loop!!

We have been using Loop for the past couple years. The usability of Loop is one of the best things about it. Their interface makes sense and they have improved upon their options even more over the years. When issues do arise, our representative, Remi, and the support staff are quick to look into it and provide guidance or resolution. Loop helps us gain valuable insights on our customer return patterns that we were previously missing.

We have had an awesome experience using Loop! The program is easy to use and with all the new integrations and improvements, our returns and exchange process is working seamlessly and successfully. Our CSM Bryan has been helpful and is always ready to assist with questions.

I love Loop! The customer service is amazing so any issues you have, they respond within an hour. They have a lot of new features constantly coming and will always brainstorm with you as to how to promote your business and gain more sales.

Loop has been a great returns partner! Our account manager is always available to help if we have questions. The platform is intuitive and extremely easy to use. I am able to export reporting and gauge what is happening with returns at ease.

We've been using Loop Returns for a couple years now. Here at Kizik, it's not about the retained revenue we get from Loop, It's about the retained customers. We know if we can get our customers into their correct shoe size they will love our product and will become lifelong customers. Loop helps us create a positive experience for all our customers, even those who need a couple tries to get the correct shoe.

Loop has been a great partner to work with. They've provided a great self-service tool for our customers while providing us with the customization options we need.

Their workflow options allow us to redirect customers depending on the purchased product, tagging in Shopify, or other unique situations we need to monitor. Overall it's been a great tool and I'm excited to see it grow.
