LOOP is an excellent tool for our company to manage returns and exchanges. While the features are impressive, what really stands out to me is their customer support. pricing is incorrect. There is a tiering on the # of returns per year. Making the cost more than double.
These guys don't want smaller merchants, that is obvious.
Also incredible inefficient onboarding. You can't download and install their app, but need to receive a demo and talk to a sales person first before receiving an activation code.

Loop's system is great, but it's the people that make the experience phenomenal. Almost every email I send is always due to me not understanding something and within minutes I get a response. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful, thank you for the service that you provide!

I would recommend LOOP to other individuals and companies. We have been using Loop for over 2 years now and each year new updates are made that are very helpful and their support team is excellent. Just recently had a rare issue with our shipping labels generating and the support staff was able to locate and help us resolve the issue within days.
