Loop has been a great partner to our business. They have helped us increase our subscription revenue exponentially. Their cancellation flow allows us to prevent churn and the dashboard provides incredible insight. The customer support staff and specialists they provide you with are also very helpful, meeting every requirement. It's a premium price point, but it is worth the cost.
Great experience overall with Loop. The team has been very proactive, responsive, and supportive throughout the onboarding and migration process. The platform has been serving our store very well so far, especially for subscriptions and memberships. Setup was smooth, the support team was helpful, and the tool gives us a lot of flexibility for testing and optimization. Looking forward to continuing to scale with Loop.
Been using Loop Subscriptions to manage our subs on Shopify and honestly just wanna give a shoutout to Tarun Rana from the Loop team. He helped us set up our whole cancellation flow and it was super smooth.
Tarun actually took the time to understand what we needed instead of just rushing through it. He walked us through setting up the cancellation flows, the retention offers, all that stuff. Anytime we had a questoin he got back to us fast and was always super helpful.
You can tell he knows the platform really well. Made the whole thing way easier than i thought it would be. If your planning to run subs on your brand definitely use Loop and defintely try to work with Tarun, he's great. Highly recommend!
I’ve had a really great experience using the Loop Subscription app so far. The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing subscriptions much smoother compared to other tools I’ve tried.
What really stood out to me, though, was the customer support. They were genuinely committed to helping me resolve my issue and didn’t just send generic replies. They took the time to understand my situation and even hopped on a call with me to make sure we were fully aligned and everything was working as expected.
It’s rare to find that level of hands-on support these days, and it made a big difference. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Loop to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution backed by a team that truly cares.

We've been using Loop Subscriptions for our curated monthly beer club box. Onboarding was smooth and straightforward, and the platform has given our customers a noticeably better user experience compared to our previous subscription solution. The ongoing support has also been excellent. Would recommend
Super slow replies from support - have to wait 1-2 days to address issues. Also when they get back to you and claim to have resolved the issue nothing actually changed.
Devak and his team at Loop were so patient and helpful with our migration process. I was worried about how all our subscriptions would be transferred over to them, but they handled everything perfectly and I am so excited to be using Loop. Their portal is extremely user-friendly, easy to manage, and very clear. Himself and his team responded to me within the hour every time I had questions or needed assistance. 10/10 recommend using Loop Subscriptions. Devak went above and beyond helping me and implementing new features on my store without hesitation.
Loop has been a great addition to our company. The app runs smoothly and they're always releasing exciting features. Our CSM is really on point when it comes to understanding business needs and coming up with solutions and/or new features to account for emerging use cases. I highly recommend them.
