This is not the first time I choose Loox Products Reviews. I have been using this excellent application in my other shopify stores as well. There are a few reasons why I like it - 1) it’s relatively simple to use, 2) it give gives me relatively a lot of control over the way the reviews are displayed, and 3) I can always count on the support staff to reply to emails relatively fast and solve most issues. For example, recently Tamarry did a perfect job setting up what I requested. They are always happy to help which is what customers love. Thank you!

Loox makes adding and customizing reviews through out your store simple and easy, and the service is fantastic. Big shout out to Jodel, customer service team lead, who remained accessible even over the weekend and provided clear, fool proof help with understanding how to navigate loox. I had an issue with adjusting the background color of the product review widget, and Laurence did an amazing job helping me to fix this. He was very helpful and responsive, and now I'm happy with the background color!
