you forced me to pay unfair amount with the trial subscription that i canceled and deleted the app i contacted shopify team they also did not work with me

This app is messing with my Google Shopping conversion tracking. I don't recommend the upsell feature because it interferes with the conversion on the thank you page, since not all customers are visiting the thank you page after the upsell page appears.

BE CAREFUL with this application. When you have a lot of orders, you pay accordingly. I received a $450 bill in 15 days.

Canceling your Loox subscription can be done anytime by removing Loox from your Shopify apps menu.
Shopify should only trigger an app charge once your free trial period has been completed.

I've checked your account and it appears there may be a misunderstanding about the charges you're seeing on your invoice, as I don't see any Loox charge on your account that matches the amount you mentioned. I've sent you an email to follow up with you about this- I'd be happy to walk you through your invoice and make sure everything is clear!
It is too expensive. More apps do the same way cheaper than this one. I was paying 10usd and suddenly they change me to 30usd per month. They are counting all the orders, my store is COD but not all orders are paid, so they should not count.
