Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I would definitely recommend this app, I ran into some issues after using the app after a few months because the navigation system on Shopify had changed and the Loox team helped me out straight away and and gave really clear instructions with screen shots so I literally couldn't go wrong.

This app is very good. It allows me to know how the products are doing once they get to the buyer. So the customer can give us his or her honest review about the product they bought.

Uninstalled it and got charged! Not sure how that happened. How do I even get ahold of someone from this company to rectify it??? Super frustrated.
