Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great app, love the photo review feature. Runs really well. One thing I don't love about it is the widget that can pop up on product pages, I wish it was a little more smooth and didn't disappear for a few seconds from the screen between every new review and when you do click on a review in the widget, I wish there was a way to scroll to the next review, it only pops up one and you can't get to others from there.

It did what I wanted and looking forward to engaging with customers to use it. The support was fantastic. The only reason I am giving it four stars is that for the look and feel consistency it would be good if the customisation (advanced plan) of the reviews was applied to the carousel in the same way as to where else the reviews appear (product page, side widget)

Amazing and easy to use app that helps you sell! Customers see great reviews on products and its definitely an incentive for others to buy. Great app, absolutely love it!

Although i've only just installed the app LOOX i'm already finding it really easy to work with. I look forward to see what it can do for my business!

Does the job. Easy to navigate and has increased our review rate.

Es ist eine coole App, aber sehr überteuert. Ansonsten tut die App was sie soll. Und das allerwichtigste ist, dass man sich um die Versendung der Reviews nicht kümmern muss, weil diese automatisch versendet werden. :)

Le système de remise offerte quand un avis avec photo est posté est apprécié de mes clients.
Seul le fait de ne pas pouvoir répondre aux clients sans payer plus cher me déplait.

Love that they keep improving the app and adding new features.
