Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Brilliant work guys. Within 1 week, i got so many reviews which my previously used app was not able to get. Super excited to explore this app & how it will improve our business.

Sara was SO incredibly helpful. She jumped right in to help me when I was struggling and when nothing would work on my end, she immediately asked for control of my website so she could plug in the information for me. This was the least problematic experience I’ve ever had with customer service and will be keeping Loox specifically because this experience was so great!

This app makes it easy to send out professional looking and personalized review requests to my clients. I have had a great success rate with the amount sent vs the amount returned compared to other ways I have tried to collect reviews. I am really happy with Loox and plan on continuing to use this for my website!

I'm surprised at how willing my customers are to submit reviews. I love to know that they are happy with my products and I think potential customers have confidence to buy from me when they see five star reviews. I'm very happy with the Loox app.

However I would really appreciate if one could skip the "add photo step" completely in the review form - when you are in the health business and only sell digital services it is kind of confusing for the customer. :)

Loox is a great app! I had some initial difficulties when I saw that it was not possible to delete the test reviews I had made and I also couldn't find how to disable a snippet on a page that shouldn't display reviews, so I contacted support. Molly was the one who answered me and she was super quick and helpful, my problem was easily resolved. So far, the app works very well and we will be implementing it soon, now that the tests are complete.

Loox is excellent in every way. So happy we made the switch. Customers engage really well with the automated email. Currently about 25% of customers are leaving reviews. The ability to add video is also so good.
A very happy customer here. It's also really useful to help mitigate any issues with unhappy customers by highlighting issues that you can act on to help the customer further.
