the best review app, we are using since launching our store, drive a lot of reviews and revenues, I advice every online store to use loox

I have only installed the app today, but that was SO easy I will happily give them 5 stars already. Can not wait to see what it will do for our business!

Very simple to use. all I had to do is downlaod the app, and drag it to the top of the page, then go to aliexpress and go to the reviews, and then click on loox app at the location where i dragged the loox icon. and walla! thank you Loox! its awesome!

They helped me clarify what I needed and then got it to me with full explanation, images and links. So easy to work with!

They're support team has been AMAZING. I was using YotPo, but they did not have some features that I felt like I NEEDED, so I needed to find an alternative very quickly. (*the feature was simply sending out manual emails to customers who did not receive an email because it surpassed my monthly order limit. Not only does Loox give that feature at its lowest plan, I also received free review requests as an onboarding perk that did not contribute to my review request limit.) After installing the app, I opted to immediately email Loox's support team instead of going the route of figuring everything out myself since I was on a time crunch and the Loox support team was insane. I can't tell if they have 24-hour service or something, but holy moly they were ON TOP OF IT. I got all of my questions answered very thoroughly and so far we are having a good time!

Great app, really helps other customers to decide to purchase at our store checking photos and comments.

Loox customer support is A+. I emailed them expecting a canned response but instead received extremely useful info and even had one of their developers log into my theme to fix an error that Google found.

Great free trial- supportive staff! The support call offered even on the trial was so helpful! Migrating from another e-commerce platform I was nervous to start a Shopify page without any reviews, but when I merged the data from my old store to Shopify, Loox automatically emailed all of the customers who had recent orders (from my old platform) and collected reviews while I slept- all before I have officially launched the Shopify store! Highly recommend!
