Easy to use and absolutely essential for ANY beginner

I used this for Shopify and it worked well. I am a newbie and found it quite easy. I followed a tutorial and it took me a couple of reads to get it, but after that it was great. The ease of use was important for me as a beginner.

The Team is always quick to either fix or instruct me on how to make the changes myself. Easy and worth the money.
Really love the app. Product reviews from customers has improved our conversion and I would never go back to having a ecommerce site without them.
The app is fairly good and reasonably customizable. They haven't however replied to my emailed 'help request' for over 5 days. Not great service.
