This app works perfectly, Would recommend to anyone! The reviews are flying in. Been using this App for over a year now.
I just started and it looks easy to manage. I have a 14 days trial so I want to maximize it, use it and see how it works out. Representative response was prompt and helpful.

I completely understand how stressful it is to get an unexpected charge. I would be happy to help you with this!
The charge you refer to was created before Loox was removed. It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled.

It's clear and wonderful, usually I don't like monthly payments, I would prefer a set price but in this case it's totally worth it, clear and clean and simple.
