I just installed this app, and it seems to work great. I had some issues with the reviews displaying on my product page, and I emailed support. They were super responsive and got back to me within a couple hours. Problem solved!

Have been using the app for a while now, and the customer service is brilliant, I contacted Loox and Mara was able to help me straight away, I'm really impressed with how easy it was to get help with my issue, Thanks for you help Mara :)

Loox! What a phenomenal app. After installing it in my store, I could envision my customer's being happier with seeing other happier customers. Making their excitement about my store high. My other Reviews app was excellent. Loox deciding to format reviews to picture reviews just makes the entire shopping experience hugely more fun for customers. Even for me who owns the shop. I love browsing my shop and seeing the happy customer pictures and words.
