Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Had sudden issues with the integration but it was solved very swiftly by Jodel from loox support team.

We have been searching for a while to find the best app for reviews. Loox has everything we were looking for.

I have tried a few different review apps and this is by far the best. Love the photos and video options and I am getting a higher percentage of reviews than before.

The app is a little confusing in some areas especially with integrating it in certain areas of your website, however the support team is GREAT and they get onto the work really quickly and fix everything like magic! i love how they have automated collecting of reviews and send off their little discount to insentivise customers after leaving a review.

I like this app so far, its features are easy to navigate and its working ok with the free plan, i will soon upgrade for more features.
