As a seller,I must say it's wonderful for some functions can really help me better decorate my shop and get more attention and trust by these creating reviews and photos.
I also want to say thanks to the Customer Support Engineer-Rotem and Customer Service-Laurence. Very professional and kind to help me patiently solve the problem.

Appreciate them adding needed features. The option to "Remove Imported Reviews" (sent in an email after you complete an upload) is super handy.

We've been with LOOX for 5 years and during this time, their service has only gotten better. The app has sprouted many new services and options, but all of them have felt appropriately adjacent to their core mission, which is sending review requests and displaying the results beautifully.

Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, there has never been a time when their customer service has let us down. Whether it's implementing code to ensure proper Google crawling, explaining how something works, or responding thoughtfully to requests for new features or controls, they are there at the drop of a hat. If you are looking for a fantastic set-it and forget-it review app with tons of features, look no further.

Easy and intuitive app to use. Quick and professional assistance. I had a small problem with the positioning of some reviews, as soon as I contacted them they immediately sent me Jemuel, a very professional collaborator of theirs who solved the problem that I had been trying to solve for days in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend anyone who wants to have professional reviews on their store to use this app.
