Gran variedad de diseños y aplicaciones para los reviews! Me encantan los widgets para mi tienda en shopify y las opciones para ordenar y gestionar mis reviews!
Excellent Customer Support!
I’m very happy with the support from the Loox Product Reviews App. I had several questions and some issues I needed help with, and Jen was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional.
She took the time to send me several detailed emails with clear, step-by-step instructions and carefully followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Even when I had additional questions, she was always patient and willing to help.
Thank you, Jen, for your excellent support and for staying with me until the problem was finally solved! I really appreciate the great customer service and highly recommend Loox.
Loox wasent able to fix a bug in customer video uploads. I have reached out to support over 3 times and they dident resolve the issue. It is difficult enough to get customer reviews as it is, I do not need my review app fighting me.
Hey, Dan from Loox here.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback, and for working with us on this.
I know we've had some back and forth here, and I want to assure you that we've been actively looking into each case. As we covered in our direct correspondence, these turned out to be separate, unrelated cases: in one, the customer did not complete the review submission. In the other, the customer attempted to upload a video and images simultaneously, which is not supported.
We're happy to continue resolving any difficulties. As usual, our support team is available 24/7. Feel free to reply to our latest message whenever it works for you.
