For the past few months, I've been paying an extra $35 usage fee without any warning or email. It's ridiculous to pay $70 a month for a review software that's nothing special. I'll definitely switch to something else; there are so many good options out there, why would I use this stupid one?
We’ve been using Loox for a while now and honestly it’s been great. Setup was easy, the widgets look clean, and photo reviews make a big difference in trust compared to text-only reviews.
Everything runs smoothly in the background - review requests go out, reminders work, and we don’t really have to think about it, which is exactly what you want from an app like this. It integrates well with our theme and hasn’t caused any performance issues.
Support has also been responsive the few times we’ve needed help, which we appreciate.
Super easy to use and customizable. Been using it for years. I had a question about the app and email their customer service and they wrote back almost immediately. Super impressed with their service, highly recommend!
