The reviews can not be displayed, so I contacted the customer service, Aya, who is very responsive and help me fix the problem.

Very easy to use and it allows for a lot of customization.

Loox makes adding and customizing reviews through out your store simple and easy, and the service is fantastic. Big shout out to Jodel, customer service team lead, who remained accessible even over the weekend and provided clear, fool proof help with understanding how to navigate loox. I couldn't add reviews to my theme, so I contacted customer service and Aya from customer service helped me with my problem. I gave her access and she solved it quickly. Now the ratings are implemented in my theme. I am very grateful for the fast and prompt service. Thank you dear Aya :)!
