I just sent an email asking a question about how the reviews show up on my site. Aya from customer service emailed me back in like 2 min with screenshots and the exact answer to my question. I am very impressed!

Lilach, Aya and the team were super helpful and accommodating as I was going through some setup and Google Ads issues (the usual). Love the look and usability of the app and that's after trying out some different ones beforehand.

This app is the best review app for any store. The advance features of this app is amazing. I call it advance because the service is special. The team are helpful and always there to serve your need. @Liz is amazing! There is no other best help someone can get than what Liz offered. The app is excellent, it's cheap and offers a major of features. I had some joint issues at the start, however, Jemuel helped me to fix the star rating and it got fixed in less than a day. The support is very fast and excellent.

loox got me 1 upsell and already paid for itself. wont be removing this app from my store anytime soon
