Loox is my favorite review app. I am using it for over 3 years in all of our stores. Easy to use, fast loading, reasonably priced, and awesome customer support.
We love this app, we've received so many more reviews since using it and we love that we can showcase customer photos on our site.
We've always had a great experience with Loox. We've been using it for years. I'm finally writing a review now because of a recent issue with switching to Shopify 2.0. My question was answered within 10 minutes and had step-by-step screenshots of how to fix it -- thanks Aya for helping me out so quickly!

awesome app - nice and easy to use and very simple to import reviews from ali - would be awesome if they had option of not having to approve manually all reviews
It helps me showcase my happy customers and show the rest of the world how special my product is to everybody.
Great App! Easy to use and looks good. The only feature you need to add is the ability to reply to reviews publicly.
I would also use an integration with the major loyalty rewards platforms to reward reviewers with points instead of coupons.
easy to set up and use. Highly recommend installing this app! I was concerned with installation at first however set up was a breeze. My previous reviews also transferred over within seconds.
As a seller,I must say it's wonderful for some functions can really help me better decorate my shop and get more attention and trust by these creating reviews and photos.
I also want to say thanks to the Customer Support Engineer-Rotem and Customer Service-Laurence. Very professional and kind to help me patiently solve the problem.
