We've always had a great experience with Loox. We've been using it for years. I'm finally writing a review now because of a recent issue with switching to Shopify 2.0. My question was answered within 10 minutes and had step-by-step screenshots of how to fix it -- thanks Aya for helping me out so quickly!

Easy to setup. Great control over pop ups and displaying all reviews. Definitely generates additional revenue with ease. I use Loox for all of my ecom brands!

Can live without this App Game-Changing. Easy to set up and very straightforward and the results are amazing
