Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Fast and very pro, they knew how to manage my problem in a few hours and even when I could not create a collaborator account, they found the solution, 2 people from their team helped me.

I've been using this app across my three different stores for many years - it's so easy to install and the team at Loox (Sapir) are a pleasure to deal with :)

Today is my first day using the app. So far so good. I was able to import all of my old reviews from a different app seamlessly. Everything pop-up on my website and looks great. I even added the carousel to the home page. I can't wait to see reviews with personal photos from my clients, which will make the site even more personable. I only have one slight design issue with the color of the font that shows up, but I will look more into this and reach out to the support team if I can't fix it myself. Thanks for creating this awesome app!
