Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Switched over to LOOX after having an average experience with another app. The pricing is amazing for any size business and the fact that photos are included has made a huge difference to my business in a short time of implementing it. Their support is also amazing.

Essential app for any product based business! Customisation is great, everything is easy to use. Couldn't recommend more!

Loox is by far the best reviewing tool available on Shopify. Getting reviews is as simple as set up & forget it. Emails are sent out automatically via the platform a certain time after the purchase (if set up correctly) and customer can even be incentivized to write a review.

Overall I really enjoy this app as it provides a great way for customers to share their shopping experience. The customer support team is great. My only issue would be that I have not seen the ratings appear in google yet so not sure if that feature works. otherwise great app.

I have been able to expose my company and increase traffic via this app. I have a unique product, limited marketing channels. I must leverage every app possible to maximize traffic.

Best review app, period! I use it for all of my stores and it has the highest conversion amongst all!

Looks have a feature rich review app and top it off with great support who have helped us on a number of occasions with varying requests. Recommended!
