Amazing service , customer support from Jodel, and many other who have helped me have always been super fast at responding and getting any issue i have resolved or at the very minimum pointing me in the precise direct as to where and how i can get my issue resolved, can't credit enough!!!!

Loox app is quite good and easy to use. Due to the country where my store is located, I experienced an issue with playing videos in video reviews. However, Sara from the technical support team quickly resolved the problem. It’s a successful app with excellent customer support—I’m very satisfied and will continue to be a subscriber.

Outrageous extra charges by number of orders without providing any value and awful customer service. I ended up paying 500 USD/month unexpectedly for a review widget. You can get the same functionality for 15/USD month.
