Loox is a great app so far. Much better than the Shopify native Product Reviews app. And the customer support staff were super helpful and friendly and able to assist me in completely removing the Shopify Product Reviews app when there were code snippets left behind.
App you need to have on your store, will increase your conversion rate. Support from Jodel was fantastic.

i use this app to help me do shipify store , and it is very simple to use , very recommend to use it .
Best Review app I have used. The only thing I'd say is... (and i know this may defeat the point) I would like to have the option to provide a discount for a 4+ star review even if the customers hasn't posted a photo. Reason being, poeple do everything on the go now so they might want to leave a quick review whilst on the train for example but not in a postion to take a photo, then later forget. If im being blind and this feature is available please let me know. Thanks

We currently support incentivizing photo reviews only (as our studies show that photo reviews turn visitors into sales substantially more than text-only reviews). However, we offer customers the option to leave a textual review and receive a reminder to add a photo to their review 3 days later.
This allows customers to submit a review on-the-go, add a photo whenever they're ready, and receive the discount offered.

Awesome app, will continue to use on all my stores. Also customer support is excelent and went as far as it took to solve an issue that I had.
i am not satisfied with this app, after a week, I can't upload my reviews, I have found support for several days, usually, I am replied the next day, they can't fix my problems, i am really exhausted and tired, so i decide to remove it although it has a lot of good features.

Huge fan. So slick and affordable. I would really recommend it to other shopify users who are looking for an attractive way to show off user generated pictures/reviews.
