I believe the app helps your shopify store by giving it social proof from potential buyers aka the customer and when your product ranks on google you can see the stars on the google search which is a plus when google acknowledges your ratings. Which at the end of the day helps conversions. When your looking at a product on amazon or Etsy what are you looking at the price and the rating right? Yeah so don't doubt this and add it to your apps period.

It does everything you want complety automatic. Get reviews after orders. Filter hatred out of it. It's really good and affordable.
